  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Note: Some products, like digital items or perishable goods, cannot be returned.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are generally responsible for the return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Ezeqoms is not responsible for lost return shipments.
