- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Note: Some products, like digital items or perishable goods, cannot be returned.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Items returned after the 14-day return period.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are generally responsible for the return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Ezeqoms is not responsible for lost return shipments.
