Article 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Withdrawal Period
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 (fourteen) days for all or part of the Products ordered.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision:

3. Return of the Product
The Customer must return the Product for which they have withdrawn within fourteen days after notifying their decision. Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense.

4. Refund
In the event of withdrawal, the Company will refund the price of the Product no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day after receipt of the withdrawal decision.
Article 2. RETURN CONDITIONS
1. Return Address
Products must be returned to the following address: EZEQOMS BEAUGART FBB – 60 rue François Ier, 75008 – Paris.
The Customer is required to include in their return package a copy of the order confirmation letter and the withdrawal form or any declaration justifying the return.
2. Condition of Returned Products
The Customer must return the product in its original packaging and wrapping or in any other packaging that ensures the Product is returned in new condition.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, including when exercising the right of withdrawal.
4. Refund Amount
After receiving the Product, the Company will refund the full price of the returned Product, excluding delivery costs.

Article 4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
● Products made according to the Customer’s specifications
● Products that are quickly perishable
● Products that may be unsealed for hygiene or health reasons
● Purchases made by professionals
Article 5. LEGAL GUARANTEES
1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
The consumer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to obtain implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a conformity defect. During this period, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the conformity defect, not the date of its appearance.
The legal guarantee of conformity gives the consumer the right to repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
2. Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect.
The rights mentioned above result from the application of articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
