Article 1. STOCK AVAILABILITY
Products are offered for sale and delivered within the limits of available stock. In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Company will immediately inform the Customer by email.
Article 2. CARRIER
Deliveries are carried out by various transport companies, depending on current costs, destination countries, changing customs duties, the social stability of these countries, as well as current global conflicts that may slow down deliveries, independently of EZEQOMS’ logistics policy.
Article 3. RETENTION OF TITLE AND TRANSFER OF RISK
The Company remains the owner of the Products sold until full payment of the price. All risk of loss or damage to a Product is transferred to the Customer at the time when the Customer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of it.
Article 4. DELIVERY DEADLINE
Unless otherwise stated on the Site at the time of the Order, the Company undertakes to deliver any Product within 20 days after receipt of the Order.
Article 5. DELIVERY DELAY
When the ordered Product is not delivered within the agreed deadline, the Customer may, after unsuccessfully requesting the Company to perform its delivery obligation within a reasonable additional period, or terminate the contract by registered letter with return receipt requested.
Article 6. DELIVERY LOCATION
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the Order. This address cannot be modified once the Order is finalized.
Article 7. PRODUCT CONDITION UPON DELIVERY
When the Product is delivered by a carrier, the Customer must inspect the condition of the Product in the presence of the carrier. In the event of damage, the Customer must:
● Note reservations on the delivery slip
● Take photos or video of the package opening
● Report any anomaly (damaged package, missing product, etc.) on the delivery slip
● Confirm by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 3 (three) working days following delivery

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on CJ Dropshipping’s or the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. Ezeqoms is not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, sometimes packages are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is missing or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged items.
- We will work with CJ Dropshipping to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
